BANANA ICE CREAM 
Ripe bananas (1 to 100!)
Plastic wrap
Food processor or blender

Peel your ripe bananas and wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. (If using foil, use non-stick spray to prevent sticking) You may wrap them individually or in groups, or put them in an airtight container. Freeze until hard - 4 hours to overnight. When frozen, peel away the plastic wrap and pop chunks of banana in your food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and east as soon as possible. Also, try ripe peaches or nectarines or strawberries.
