CACTUS COOLER 
1 can (6 oz.) frozen limeade concentrate
1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 honeydew cut into 2 inch chunks
1/4 c. melon flavored liqueur (optional)
1 tbsp. grated lime peel
Cantaloupe balls and lime slices (garnish)

In large pitcher prepare limeade according to can directions; chill until ready to use. With melon baller, scoop out balls of cantaloupe; reserve 1 cup of balls for garnish. Place remaining cantaloupe balls and honeydew chunks on baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.

In food processor or blender combine honeydew chunks and melon flavor liqueur; blend until smooth. Stir honeydew puree into prepared limeade. Add grated lime peel and frozen cantaloupe balls. Pour into glasses. Thread remaining balls and chunks and lime slices on wooden picks for garnish. 6 servings.
