MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
8 flour tortillas
1 bottle taco sauce (La Victoria)
1 can refried beans
8 oz. Cojack cheese, shredded

1. Mix hamburger and taco seasoning according to package instructions.

2. Take flour tortillas and spread some beans on them.

3. Next divide the hamburger mixture into eighths; put 1/8 of mixture into each tortilla.

4. Roll the filled tortilla and place in an 8"x8" greased pan.

5. Pour taco sauce over tortillas; add up to 1/2 cup of water if you think it is necessary.

6. Top with shredded cheese.

7. Bake at 375 degrees until casserole bubbles and cheese melts.
