MACARONI SALAD 
16 oz. colored spiral macaroni
1 grated carrot
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 can sweet condensed milk

Cook macaroni until done. Add grated carrot, chopped onion, and chopped pepper. Set aside. Prepare dressing by mixing (by hand) sugar, vinegar, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture. Stir well. Salad is best after it sets for awhile, so if possible, make the night before.
