MACARONI CHEDDAR SALAD 
3 c. med. shell mac
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. pickle relish
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 c. onion

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse in cold water. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and milk; stir in relish, vinegar, mustard and salt. Toss together cooled macaroni, cheese, celery, green pepper and onion. Pour sour cream mixture over all and toss lightly to mix. Chill several hours or overnight. Makes 12 servings.
