PEACH COBBLER | |
1 graham cracker crust 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 4 c. peeled, sliced peaches 1 c. whipping cream Combine sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in large bowl. Add peaches and toss gently. Spoon mixture into pie shell; pour 1 cup heavy cream over the top and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Mixture will not be firm like a pie. Let cool to room temperature and spoon mixture into dishes. Top with whipped cream for vanilla ice cream. |
