MIKE'S BRONZED FILETS 
2 lg. fish filets (any type fish)
4 green onions, chopped
1 can crab meat, drained
1/2 c. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter

Saute onions and 1 tablespoon butter. While onions cook, add crabmeat. Remove from skillet. Add 1 tablespoon butter and bronze seasoned filets 4-5 minutes on each side on medium to high medium flame. Top filet with onions, crabmeat, and cheese. Cover the filet and cook an additional 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
