BOGNACOTTA 
2 c. olive oil
1 lb. real butter
20 cloves garlic
4 anchovies

Cook about 4 hours at 175 or 200 degrees in an electric skillet. Use any or all of: Steak (cubed), mushrooms, Mozzarella (cubed), peppers (sliced), zucchini (cubed), cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, string beans, and broccoli. Place electric skillet in center of table, still plugged in. Everyone at table puts what they want to eat on a skewer and cooks it themselves in the oil mixture. Have slice of bread to mop up the drippings.
