PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. wide noodles
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
3 lb. hamburger
1 lg. chopped onion
12 oz. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. pepperoni (optional)
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 lb. sausage
1 lg. chopped pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles; drain. Cook hamburger and sausage together; drain off most of the grease. Then add onions, peppers, mushrooms, salt, and pepper to taste meat. Cook until onions and mushrooms are done. Then drain off all the grease. Mix spaghetti sauce to meat mixture. Stir well, layer in a square cake pan 1/2 meat mixture on the bottom of pan, then a layer of noodles, putting a layer of both cheese in between each layer, putting the meat mixture on top with both cheese and pepperoni on top. Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown or about 30 minutes. Cool and serve.
