BLUEBERRY CREME PIE 
2 deep dish pie crusts
1 pt. fresh blueberries
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix milk and water. Add pudding mix and chill for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Spoon 1/2 pudding mixture into prepared pie crust. Cover with blueberries. Spoon remaining pudding mixture over berries and top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill overnight for best results.
