LEMONY STEAMED FISH 
4 halibut or cod fillets
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dillweed
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice

Center each fillet on a 12-inch square foil. Sprinkle with onions, parsley, dillweed, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold foil over fillets to make a pocket; pleat seams to secure. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
