BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
White cooking wine
6 chicken breasts
1 c. butter
6 long green onions, chopped
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, quartered
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Pepper
Seasoning salt
Garlic powder

Melt butter and brown chicken in frying pan. Place chicken in baking dish and sprinkle with pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Add green onions and mushrooms. In separate bowl, mix soup and 1 can of water and 1 can of white cooking wine. Pour over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve over white rice.
