CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 Keebler all ready graham cracker crust
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can Comstock red ruby cherry pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat in large bowl the cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and condensed milk for about 3 minutes at high speed until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Top with cherry pie filling and enjoy.

Use a glass bowl, it will set up better. Less vanilla has a better taste to me,
