LEMON BARS 
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter

Combine these three ingredients and pour in 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 275 degrees.

FILLING:

2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour over baked pastry. Bake an additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and glaze while hot.

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. powdered sugar
