IOWA HAM BALL 
2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. graham crackers, crumbled
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

SAUCE:

2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) tomato soup, undiluted
3/4 c. white vinegar
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, into individual balls and place into 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over balls. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
