PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. bread cubes (sm. cubes, crust cut off)
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Mix together. Bake in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until set like custard pie (fluffy and slightly brown). Remember to grease casserole dish.
