BLENDER BANANA BREAD 
Sift in bowl:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Put in blender:

2 eggs
1/2 c. soft fat
1 or 2 ripe sliced bananas
3/4 c. sugar

Blend ingredients in blender 20 seconds or until just mixed. Pour over dry ingredients in bowl. Stir until just mixed. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
