STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9") pie crust, baked
4 c. fresh strawberries, place in pie crust
1 sm. box strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

In saucepan combine water, sugar and cornstarch and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly about 2 minutes until clear and thickened. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Pour over strawberries in baked pie crust. Cool. Top with whipped cream or Claudia uses Dream Whip.
