6 slabs ribs, cut into 3-4" square pieces
1/2 lb. beef, thinly sliced
3-4 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. juiced pears
1 tbsp. pepper

MIXTURE "A":

4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. minced green onion
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced ginger
