CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 sticks butter, softened
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour, sifted
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine softened cream cheese and butter. Mix at low speed for 3 minutes. Add sugar, cake flour, eggs and vanilla. Mix well, then beat for 5 minutes. Grease and lightly flour tube pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
