SOY - HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN
BREASTS
 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. minced green onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. grated ginger root (or several slices)
2 tbsp. dry white wine
4 chicken breast halves, skinned

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Put in shallow non-metallic container. Add chicken and marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Grill over hot coals, about 45 minutes, brushing with reserved marinade to keep moist.
