SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked just to thaw & drained well 1 stick butter, melted 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, melted with butter 6 eggs 16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese 6 tbsp. flour Combine first 3 ingredients. Mix together last 3 ingredients. Stir these 2 mixtures together and pour into a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
