STRING BEAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can string beans
1 med. tomato, cut in cubes
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red vinegar

In a bowl mix string beans; drain the water. Add tomatoes, onions, Italian seasonings and parsley. Mix well. Add oil and vinegar; mix again. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate.
