1 pkg. frozen potatoes O'Brien
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 pt. mayonnaise, leaving out about 3 tbsp.

Mix all ingredients, saving some cheese for the top. Put in glass baking dish, 9"x13", at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until slightly browned on top.
