FRUIT PIZZA PIE

Make graham cracker crust (enough for 2 pies); put in refrigerator to set.

SAUCE:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon peel
1/2 c. or more of half & half milk (use a little more if needed so you can spread over crust)

FILLING:

1 c. strawberries, mashed
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar

Boil until thick 5 to 8 minutes. Refrigerate until filling is cool. Pour over cheese sauce. Top with fresh fruit; sliced peaches, 1/2 grapes, strawberries, etc. Serves 15 to 18.
