MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. sliced green onions or chives
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Hormel canned ham (opt.)

Lightly saute mushrooms in butter 6 to 8 minutes. Spread mushrooms evenly in pie shell. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over mushrooms. Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over mushrooms and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Knife inserted in center should come out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
