MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1 can string beans

Add first three ingredients together. Form into 1 inch balls. Brown in frying pan. Add tomato soup and 1/2 can water. Cook until meat is done. Add 1 can string beans with water, heat. Serve over mashed potatoes or bed or rice. Serve with salad, hot bread and Jello. Makes a quick meal.
