2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
Coloring
1/2 tsp. flavoring

Beat cheese, add flavoring and color. Mix in sugar. Knead like pie dough. Roll in granulated sugar (very important). Press firmly in candy molds. Unmold on waxed paper immediately. Can be frozen.
