MEAL IN ONE CASSEROLE 
6-8 med. potatoes
2 lb. ground beef
1 can your favorite vegetable
2 cans cheese soup
1 can mushroom soup
Cheese for topping, if you like

Clean and slice potatoes into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Brown ground beef, drain and put on top of potatoes. Drain vegetable and spread over ground beef. Mix cheese and mushroom soup together in a bowl. Add one can of water or milk to soup and mix together. Pour soup mixture over all ingredients in pan. Sprinkle your favorite cheese over top if you like.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour; 1 cup casserole = approximately 330 calories.
