MIXED VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen green beans
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, drained
2 stalks celery, 1 c. cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 med. carrots, 1 c. cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 green pepper, cut itno strips
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse beans in cold water to separate. Drain. Mix all ingredients except butter in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Cover and bake until carrots are crisp-tender, about 45 minutes.
