YUMMY SPONGE BREAD | |
4 or 5 teaspoons of self rising flour 4-6 eggs 1 teaspoon of oil 1 can of evaporated milk (best one is the Carnation milk) 1 few shakes of powdered cinnamon sugar (as much as you want to taste butter a pinch of salt Put the eggs in a blender. Add the entire can of Carnation evaporated milk, the flour, sugar, oil, salt and the cinnamon. Process until blended well (no chunks). Grease a square or round cake pan with the butter. Pour the batter into the buttered pan. Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for about 30-40 minutes. The cake will rise, but then it will go back down. After it's baked, refrigerate until cold.
