BACON CHESTNUT WRAPS 
1 lb. bacon
1 can whole water chestnuts

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
2 tsp. soy sauce

Precook bacon until limber - not crisp. Cut bacon into halves or thirds. Wrap around water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Place in 8 x 8 inch pan. Pour sauce over wraps and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bacon appears done.
