1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. white distilled vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cold water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Stir with fork for 1 minute. Next add oil, vinegar, vanilla and cold water. Mix with paddle attachment for 2 minutes.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
