BUD HUNTER BEEF BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 pkgs. thin sliced corn beef
1 pkg. spring onions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Wash onion and dice very fine. Use the green portion also. Dice beef very fine too. Save approximately 1/2 of 1 package of the corn beef to go on the outside of the ball. Mix or blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into a ball. Roll in the remaining corn beef. Refrigerate. This is really good!
