3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed bananas
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
8 oz. crushed pineapple and juice

Mix all ingredients by hand. Pour into tube pan or bundt pan that is greased and floured. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
