HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. self - rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas

Add to dry ingredients, eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas. Bake in 3 pans at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes or in 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes or until done in center. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.

FROSTING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Blend. Top with pecans.
