HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. chopped bananas
2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil

Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix. (Do not use mixer.) Put into greased 10 inch tube pan or layer pans or make sheet cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes, if tube cake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees for layer cake. 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees for sheet cake.
