CHOCOLATE EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
Enough broken pecans to cover the bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan
Enough coconut to form the second layer
1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature

After layering pecans and coconut in pan, prepare cake mix according to directions on package and spoon over them. Melt the butter and add the sugar and cheese. Spoon this over the cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
