BROCCOLI CARROT CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 c. shredded carrots
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. seasoned cubes, stuffing

Cook broccoli on high for 2 minutes. Combine carrots, flour, onion, salt, pepper, soup and sour cream in 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole. Cut broccoli in 1 inch pieces and stir into carrot mixture. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir gently.

Melt butter. Stir melted butter and stuffing cubes. Spoon mixture over carrots and broccoli mixture. Cook uncovered on high 4-5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
