1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can green chilies
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix or Jiffy mix
3 eggs or egg substitute
1/8 tsp. red hot sauce

Cook and drain ground beef. Stir in taco seasoning and green chilies. Spread in bottom of 8x8 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.
