CRISPY BAKED FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of ground pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. corn flakes crumbs
1/4 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash fillets and cut into serving pieces. Mix oil and seasonings. Dip fillets and roll in cornflake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a sprayed shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning.
