CRISPY BAKED FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. corn flake crumbs

Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in single layer in lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning.
