TUTTI - FRUTTI CAKE I 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 med. can fruit cocktail with the juice

Beat together the sugar, eggs and oil. Add flour, salt, baking soda and fruit cocktail. Mix well with a spoon, not with mixer. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top of the batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
