PHILLY CHOCOLATE TUNNEL CAKE 
1 cake mix, chocolate with pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. + 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 oz. semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. corn syrup

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Reserve about 2 cups batter. Pour remaining batter into greased and floured tube pan.

Combine cream cheese and sugar in small mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs. Pour cream cheese mixture into chocolate batter in tube pan. Spoon reserved batter over cream cheese mixture.

Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. Remove to wire rack.

FROSTING: Combine butter, semi sweet chocolate and corn syrup in small pan. Cook over low heat until chocolate is melted. Pour over cooled cake.

Serves 12.
