CHICKEN BURGUNDY 
8 boneless split chicken breasts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sherry
1/4 c. oil

Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown in fry pan with oil until lightly browned. Place chicken in baking dish that has cover. Combine brown sugar, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken until well coated. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. While this is cooking mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1 cup sherry. After chicken has cooked 1 hour, pour cornstarch mixture over chicken and bake, uncovered, an additional 15 minutes. Serve with rice or hot cooked noodles. Serves 8.
