CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
1 lg. boiling chicken
1 sm. roast pork
Brown gravy
2 qts. celery, diced
3 c. chopped onions
2 lg. cans bean sprouts

Roast pork and make gravy. Boil chicken. Remove from broth. Cook onions in broth. Remove and cook celery in broth. Add sprouts and juice, onions, celery. Add brown gravy. Dice pork and chicken and add to vegetables. Serve steaming hot over crisp fried noodles.
