PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Med. sharp cheese (grated)
Chopped onion
Tator tots (frozen)

Place pork chops in oblong cake pan. Salt and pepper lightly. Spoon soup over top of chops. Spread grated cheese over top (lightly). Sprinkle with chopped onion.

Completely cover with frozen tator tots. Sprinkle more grated cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serve with cottage cheese or a tossed salad for a complete meal.
