JUICY MEATLOAF 
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs, onions, parsley, salt, sage and 1/8 teaspoon pepper (to taste). Add beef; mix well. Pat into a loaf pan (8 x 4 x 2) and bake for 1 1/2 hours. (Or pat mixture into a 5 1/2 cup ring mold; unmold in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.)
