GREEN PEA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. can LeSueur peas (drained) (sm. peas) 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers (low salt) 3/4 stick melted butter (6 tbsp.) or butter Mix first 5 ingredients together. Pour into 1 1/2 quart dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle cheese on top. Combine crackers with melted butter and spread on top of peas and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
