CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. diced cucumbers
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. instant dry milk
1/4 c. water

In bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice. Cool slightly and fold in sour cream. Chill until partially set. Add cucumber, pepper, onion and salt. Beat together dry milk and water until stiff peaks form. Fold into gelatin mixture. Turn into mold. Chill. 6 cup mold.
